WELCOME TO STOKESLEY SCHOOL & SIXTH FORM COLLEGE
Welcome to our website which gives you a brief insight into our fantastic 11-18 comprehensive school which is at the heart of the market town of Stokesley.
Stokesley School enjoys a strong reputation within the local community and beyond. Our students are well known for achieving high academic outcomes; we outperform a range of national attainment figures at GCSE and A-Level. We also have excellent progression rates with many of our students following higher education courses and, ultimately, career paths in medicine, veterinary science and mechanical engineering, to name but a few.
SIXTH FORM PROSPECTUS
Our sixth form prospectus features a wide range of A level and BTEC qualifications for 2023-2024.
Our aim is to provide a broad and balanced curriculum enabling students to find a combination of A level subjects that reflect their academic preferences and provide a strong grounding for future study or employment.
Our EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) adds an extra dimension to our offer, as students can use this as a means to demonstrate their research skills and earn vital extra UCAS points.
DISCOVER STOKESLEY SCHOOL
As part of the Arete Learning Trust, we are an outward-facing school: we work closely with our partner academies, Richmond School and Sixth Form College and Northallerton School and SixthForm College, and also collaborate with other local schools on a range of projects. This enables us to be highly reflective as a staff and constantly seek new opportunities to promote success for the young people in our care.
